Yes. Razorpay is an independent payment gateway; you connect your own merchant account and settlements go directly to your bank. Zaisus Commerce never holds your money. Razorpay's transaction fees are billed by them, separately from your plan.

Zaisus Commerce builds, schedules and measures campaigns inside the platform, and reports spend, clicks, orders and ROAS next to your own sales data. Delivery happens on external ad networks through their official APIs — you connect your ad accounts, you pay the networks directly, and their policies, review processes and billing apply. Zaisus Commerce is not an advertising network and does not resell inventory.

The integration, templates and automation are included. WhatsApp Business messaging is metered by the messaging provider under its own conversation pricing, and that cost is passed through at cost. You see the running total in Settings → Billing before anything sends.

Nothing is deleted. Products over the new plan's limit are hidden rather than removed, and a custom domain reverts to your zaisuscommerce.com subdomain. You can export products, orders and customers to CSV at any time, on any plan, including Starter.

Not on Starter — free stores run on a yourname.zaisuscommerce.com subdomain. Custom domains, with automatic SSL, start at Growth. You can point a domain you already own or register one during setup.

No. Plans are flat monthly fees with no revenue share on any tier, including the free one. The only per-transaction cost is Razorpay's own gateway fee, which goes to Razorpay.
